"Nice quiet hideaway on a private beach on the bayside. Very laid back and Keysy atmosphere. Kayaks, canoes, paddle boards, and bicycles, at no extra charge. the other guests were very friendly. Not that I'm much of a dog person, but there were quite a few, well behaved, and very playful dogs there. I'll be back!"

  • All accommodations are equipped with A/C, cable TV, refrigerator & microwave.
  • All accommodations feature non-smoking Interiors for the comfort of our guests. (Ashtrays are available on patios for smoking outdoors.)
  • Complimentary coffee, mini pre-packages pastries & juice is offered each morning.
  • Registered guests have free use of kayaks and paddle boards.
  • Rates are based on double occupancy: There Is a $10 fee per extra adult (ages 7 and older) per night. Roll-away beds are available for $10 each, per night.
  • Booking: All reservations require a 50% deposit with a valid credit card.
  • Boat Fee Is $2 per ft. per day for dock, boat ramp, and trailer parking.
  • We are Pet-Friendly in select rooms. Maximum 2 Pets. $50. (per pet, per stay) non-refundable fee. Additionally a $100 per pet security deposit is required at check in which will be refunded pending damage inspection after check out. Guests are responsible for any pet damage. Pets may NOT be left unattended in guest rooms at any time!
  • Check-In: 4pm. Check Out: 11am. No exceptions please. Cars: We allow a maximum of 2 vehicles per unit, one of which is free. A $20 fee per extra vehicle is applicable.
  • Cancelations: For reservations canceled at least 48 hours prior to arrival, there is a $50. cancellation fee, per reservation. Deposits will not be refunded for reservations canceled within 48 hours of confirmed arrival date. Early departures are non-refundable.
  • Please: No visitors, other than registered guests, are permitted on resort property to ensure comfort of all guests.

PARKING: We provide free parking for 1 vehicle per accommodation. There will be a $20.00 charge for an extra vehicle per day. There is a maximum of 2 vehicles, per accommodation, allowed due to limited parking availability on the resort property.
